Opening of ‘Awedience’ exhibition at Munch Gallery

New York, NY, February 1, 2012 – Munch Gallery is pleased to present ‘Awedience’, a solo show by Marshall Weber. Weber earned his M.F.A. at the San Francisco Art Institute, CA and now lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. He is is a conceptual interdisciplinary artist, activist and educator and has extensive gallery and performance experience both domestically and internationally. He is also the co-funder of ATA Gallery, San Francisco, CA, Organik, Brooklyn NY and Booklyn Artists’ Alliance, Brooklyn, NY. Weber participated in a two-person exhibition, ‘Original Spin’, last year and this will be the artist’s first solo exhibition at the Munch Gallery. The show runs from February 16-March 11, 2012. The opening reception will be held Thursday, February 16 from 7-9 pm.
