Here is some really excellent and creative works by Toronto based photographer James Lourenco.  Now James isn't just about GLITTERY COCKS, and double exposed sexy guys, he has a body of work - from animals, still life and slice of life pieces.  Take a look at his website and you can see he has a lot of talent wrapped up in him.  A great eye, technically solid and very imaginative.  James is one of those young talents that is about to burst out onto the scene and you won't be able to get enough of him...

Projecting pornographic images onto an actual figure illustrates a dynamic visual scenario alluding to constructed identities. One can assemble their own identity on the Internet, by creating profiles for themselves through found imagery - users can't escape projecting this illusion onto themselves.

Light boxes reveal that this type of imagery has developed online - on computer screens that illuminate identity standards. The Internet projects onto the online participant, as do pornographic images project onto my models – which are then projected back out onto the viewer.
