Simple and easy
whole wheat linguini with spicy red clam sauce
ingredients:
4 fresh whole plum tomatoes
half an onion
one whole garlic clove chopped
handful of fresh basil
two tablespoons fresh olive oil
half a red pepper, chopped
two tablespoons grated cheese
two tablespoons breadcrumbs
two shakes of red pepper
1 small can Cento red clam sauce
