Digable Arts Festival

“This is a very exciting time in the festival’s development,” says Roland Ramos, Founder and Creative Director of Digable. “This year is all about DIY; Do it Yourself. This is a great ethos for the 2013 festival as we would like the populace to know that ANYONE can create a festival just like this, and we welcome collaboration, with the aim of bringing arts festivals onto the global stage.”
This year ushers in collaborations with established musical arts groups such as PMJAMNITES, who will be curating the newly added acoustic stage. The drums for both the main outdoor and indoor stages will be provided by local Hoboken business and drum school, The Drum Den.

“Our approach this year is to take advantage of the robust Hudson County economy by crowdfunding the festival directly from local businesses. We’re going to capitalize on emerging technologies to fully finance the festival before the doors even open.”
Digable Arts Festival is currently accepting submissions for art, art installations and vendor booths. Interested Artists and vendors can visitwww.DigableArts.com for submission details.
Admission to the festival is free.
